Electrical Inspections Victoria was formed in 1999 after the electrical inspection role was ‘privatised’ with the introduction of the Electricity Safety Act 1999.
- 39 years’ experience in the electrical industry including installation, sales, training, supervision and management.
- 28 years’ experience as a professional Electrical Inspector ensuring the safety and compliance of electrical installations.
- 28 years’ Corporate Membership of the Institute of Electrical Inspectors (IEI).
Stuart also a Director of the IEI and represents them on the Victorian Service & Installation Rules Management Committee.
Andrew’s key strengths & experience include:
- 33 years’ experience in the electrical industry including installation, supervision and management.
- 24 years’ experience as a professional Electrical Inspector ensuring the safety and compliance of electrical installations.
- 23 years’ Corporate Membership of the Institute of Electrical Inspectors.
Andrew also represents the IEI on the EL-001 AS/NZS 3000 Wiring Rules Standard committee.

over that last 15 years.
