ERA-Net NEURON Call on Mental Disorders - Pre-proposals
The Israel Ministry of Health and NEURON have published a call for proposals on the topic of
Mental Disorders. The aim of the call is to facilitate multinational, collaborative research projects that will address important questions related to mental health and mental disorders. Each consortium submitting a proposal must involve 3-5 eligible partners from at least 3 different countries participating in the call.

The Pazy Foundation is a joint foundation established by the Israel Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and the Council for Higher Education which awards significant grants for research and equipment in the areas of physics, chemistry, engineering, and materials engineering.
Parties intending to submit proposals for equipment not related to a research proposal, must contact Tal. Equipment proposals require matching funds supplied by the researcher's personal budget.

The Brain Tumour Charity - Expanding Theories Awards
This scheme is designed to promote innovative approaches that could fundamentally change our understanding, diagnosis, and/or management of brain tumours. This award is open to international researchers, but applications including a UK collaborator will be looked on favorably. Projects funded through this scheme should be pilot projects. It is intended that the scheme will allow the generation of sufficient data to support applications for larger scale projects to national/ international funding organisations.

Europe Information Day
Horizon 2020 and other European Funding Opportunities
The RDA invites Researchers (particularly New Researchers) to learn about the European Horizon 2020 Funding Programme and other European Funding Opportunities.
The Information day will provide practical information on the Horizon 2020 program including the ERC program (presented by Jenny Racah), finding the correct path and understanding how to navigate its complex system. Following the presentation, there will be possibilities for one-on-one meetings with the RDA Team on specific Funding Opportunities.
